The coming of Christ!! Well actually not yet, but we do hear his voice! He speaks through the darkness about the many destroyed cities because of their wickedness. But then he speaks of the fulfillment of the Law of Moses and invites everyone to come unto him and be saved. 

Everyone one who survived hear a voice speaking, and spoiler it's Christ, who brings news of all who have died and brought joy to Satan in their wickedness (v1-2). The destroyed cities and how they were punished for their wickedness are as follows (v3-10):

Burned with fire: Zarahemla, Jacobugath, Laman, Josh, Gad, and Kishkumen

Sunk in water: Moroni, Gilgal, Onihah, Mocum, and Jerusalem,

Covered with earth: Moronihah, Gadiandi, Gadipmnah, Jacob, and Gimgimno

The Lord has caused this great destruction because those cities have been so wicked and they needed to be hidden from the face of God (v5,7,8,9,11-12). 

The people that were spared are the more righteous but still should repent and come to Christ to be healed and have eternal life through the mercy of God (v13-14). The one who speaks in the Son of God, creator of all things in heaven and earth, once with the Father, and Jesus Christ (v15). Scriptures have been written and fulfilled concerning His coming, and there were many who didn't accept Him, but all who did will become the sons of God (v16-17).

Christ's coming has brought redemption and fulfilled the Law of Moses which ends burnt offerings and sacrifices need not be offered (v18-19). The new sacrifice will be a broken heart and a contrite spirit to be baptized and convert (v20). He has come to save the world from sin and it is possible if people repent and become as a little child to be humble to fully take advantage of the life Christ gave for is (v21-22).
