3Ne Ch16

There are even more other sheep that Jesus visits after the Nephites and He speaks of us in the latter days that we will have the gospel. He will bring Zion again and all His people will see eye to eye.
I think Jesus is still speaking to the twelve and tells them of even more sheet that are in other lands that will be visited, and they haven't ever been spoken to but will be numbers among His sheep (v1-3). A commandment to write the Lord's sayings down is given so the Gentiles will have the record and be brought to a knowledge of their Redeemer so eventually they may be gathered by God and blessed because of their belief (v4-6). The house of Israel has been scattered because of their unbelief, but the truth will come to the Gentiles to know the fulness of things (v7).
The house of Israel will be smitten by the Gentiles who will become prideful and sin against the gospel, at that time, the Lord will remember His covenant with his people and deliver them with knowledge of the truth (v8-12). Then all those Gentiles who repent and return to Christ will be numbered among the house of Israel and have the promises of the covenant to be protected (v13-14). All who do not turn back to Christ will be trodden down and while the righteous have a choice land for their inheritance (v15-16).
The words of the prophet Isaiah will be fulfilled saying that people will rejoice and join eye to eye with the Lord when Zion is brought again, the Lord has comforted and redeemed, and all the ends of the earth shall see the salvation of God (v17-20).
