2Ne Ch21

This compares to Isaiah ch11 where it states that Christ will judge the righteous and in the millennium everyone will know of God. It also speaks of the ensign or a banner or standard that will be raised to gather Israel to The Lord.
So fun fact before we begin, some of these scriptures were quoted to Joseph Smith when he was visited by the angel Moroni! Neat huh? You can read about it in Joseph Smith History 1:40.
In v1, it is prophecied that there will come forth a branch from the root of the stem of Jesse, which is to say certain Christ will come forth and be awesome! In v2-5 we see some traits that he will have including a quick understanding in fear of The Lord, have the spirit, righteously judge, and all together be cool enough to slay the wicked. The description of the millennium in v6-9 is one of peace and beauty with full knowledge.
The root of Jesse in the latter days will become the ensign or standard causing the Gentiles to seek it (v10). Anyone lost will be gathered by The Lord and the enemies be cut off and there will be peace (v11-12). Ephraim and Judah who are rivals will become friends and battle their enemies with The Lord's help (v13-14). The Lord will destroy the tongue of the Egyptian sea and make a road for people to pass on dry ground (v15-16).
