The righteous branch which he has mentioned before has been promised to be restored through the merciful Christ who will come to be crucified (v1-3). While the Jews crucified Him, other nations will read of Christ and repent because they know Him to be their God (v4-5). Because they who crucified him were so wicked, they would suffer and be scattered until that day which they repent and believe in Christ (v6-9).
God will bestow unto the Gentiles a promised land of liberty where they will be protected and there shall be no king except God (v10-14). God will be out light and king while destroying the secret combinations and people who fight against him (v15-16). God will keep his promises to the house of Israel for the promised land even though they will go through afflictions by the hands of the Gentiles first (v17-19).
We are truly blessed to know of such things of God and we must be grateful and "lay aside our sins" (v20). Just like Lehi's family was led to the promised land, we have been led to this blessed land. The Lord has broken of branches from the house of Israel more than just Lehi and his seed, but he remembers them all and places them according to his will (v21-22).
It's is a heavy burden to bare to know some of these things, but be cheerful because we have agency and can choose to be blessed by The Lord for our righteousness (v23). Align your will with God and you will be saved and raised from the dead in glory during the resurrection because of the atonement (v24-25)
